Meet Some of the HeartSong Practitioners…

nancy connelly

Nancy Connelly has been practicing yoga for over 16 years. After the birth of her youngest daughter, symptoms of depression, fatigue and anxiety consumed her. She also suffered from chronic migraines. Nancy wanted to try the holistic route and decided to take a yoga class. She was instantly hooked. She still struggled with her health issues, but always felt better after her practice. In 2008, after visiting several doctors and having numerous medical tests, Nancy was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Her body became riddled with pain. She could barely walk and also developed severe sciatica. Nancy felt so alone. She played the victim role and remained unhappy and sedentary for an entire year. One day a friend advised her to try getting back on the mat. Hesitant at first, she found a teacher that taught a more “yin” style of yoga based on the BKS Iyengar method. What Nancy learned was that she had to work through the pain in order to heal. Her wise teacher once told her, “Just because you feel pain in a pose, doesn’t mean it has to be bad.” With consistency of practice, she is now pain free on most days and no longer suffers from migraines and sciatica. After learning the power of yoga’s healing ability, Nancy became a yoga teacher so she could share her life’s experience with others.

Joan Eaton is the founder of Full Spectrum Coaching, where she guides clients to work “hearter”, not harder. A graduate of the Rhys Thomas Institute of Energy Medicine, Joan is a lifelong spiritual seeker with 30 years experience in self-help 12-step programs and counseling groups. Joan spent the last decade studying the Law of Attraction and her understanding of the Energy Body – chakras- has changed her life in miraculous ways, allowing her to experience greater physical health, joy, and deepened relationships. Her passion now is sharing what she has learned about the body’s energy so that others may experience similar positive change.

Cindy Kung is a 200-hour certified Kripalu yoga teacher and is currently pursuing her 300-hour certification. She is a member of the Kripalu Yoga and Ayurveda Association. Cindy has been practicing yoga for ten years and what first began as a weekly practice evolved into a regular practice where she began to discover the mind-body connection and the benefits of yoga, both on and off the mat. Cindy is passionate about helping people find balance, strength and to become the best version of themselves through yoga. Her classes safely guide students on the journey of self-exploration, acceptance and compassion through breath, movement, and meditation.

Molly McCarthy  helps bright, conscious women and men who feel held back from their full potential to learn how to fully and authentically express themselves so that they are able to experience incredible freedom and fulfillment in their lives. As an Integrated Healing Practitioner, Molly brings extensive experience and education to support her clients in taking healthy risks to truly thrive. She is a Usui Reiki Master, Meditation Teacher and currently a student in the 4th year of a four year training program at the Barbara Brennan School of Healing. Molly is the creator of Source Expressions – Freestyle Dance as a Way to Wellness. SE Dance uses creative expression to aid participants in stress relief, community building, self-exploration, and creates more fun and play in their lives.

Colin McCullough

Colin has been vegan for 20 years, and enjoys teaching people ways to include more whole-food, plant-based food into their diet. His two teenage boys have been vegan since birth, and part of his best experience in cooking has been finding ways to get kids to eat healthy food and ask for seconds! He believes that eating healthy food is the single most important step we can take to improve our health and happiness. When not trying new recipes, Colin works as a home energy auditor, helping people save money on their energy bills while promoting renewable energy and sustainability.

Donna Morin was the first Director of HeartSong Spiritual Wellness. She is a former elementary teacher with a master’s in special education and mom to one growing and creative boy, Donna became certified as a health coach after overcoming her own personal health challenges. Heartsong jacki rose

Jacki Rose is the current director of HeartSong. She is also a Certified Zentangle Teacher (mindful drawing) and a Public Speaking Skills Coach. She has published 5 books including “Take Your Life & Love It” and “11 Steps to Powerful Public Speaking” and has coached speech contestants to place at the World Championship Level. Marcia Coakley A college dance major, Certified Nia Blue Belt and Ageless Grace Instructor. She is Brain Gym/Educational Kinesiology movement trained, and a long time yoga practitioner.  She loves guiding people to expand their sensation awareness, and mind/body agility. Lori Lamont is the owner of Deliberate Manifestation and the creator of the Magical Wealth in YOU program. She is an AAMET level 2 certified and accredited EFT practitioner specializing in Matrix Reimprinting. Lori was a featured speaker at the Natural Expo 2016 and has been passionately sharing her Law of Attraction & EFT knowledge with others for years.
